Is shipping free?

Yes! All orders receive free shipping throughout Italy , with no additional charges. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code .
Additionally, you can enable SMS or email notifications to receive real-time shipment status updates.

Do you also ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Italy , but we are working to expand to Europe and other countries in the near future!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our products are handmade to order .
We do our best to prepare and ship every order within 1-2 business days .
Delivery times with express courier are usually 24/48 hours (except for courier delays).
